In an effort to identify some of the potential hangar safety issues, trouble spots, and forecast future issues, many hangar operators rely on our Preventive Maintenance Service and subsequently issued Condition Report. We perform a thorough inspection to ensure that upper bearings, cables, drive wheels, idler wheels, chain & belt systems, weather seals, joint sealants, sheet-metal, sash and structural members, where applicable, are all within expected tolerances. A written deficiency report is generated and submitted for review, detailing concerns and their suggested priority.
The Condition Report is an excellent tool to prepare for next year’s maintenance budget, minimize safety concerns and eliminate the need for emergency breakdown services.
Our goal is to have every customer’s doors operating in a safe and efficient manner, as originally designed and intended by the manufacturer. We have over 25 years of experience working on all types of aircraft hangars and we’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For a small financial commitment, you get a lot of insight.
REMEMBER, IF IT'S NOT INSPECTED, IT'S NEGLECTED.
